I had a 12:30 appointment with Dr Lauder. I finally finished my 15 minute appointment with her at 3:25. I had two tests before seeing Dr Lauter. However, I think that the amount of time that appointment took was excessive.

The wait times can be very long. But the care is excellent so I plan for the long wait times.

I’ve really never experienced an operation like this. Very well done.

I find it unusual that I am never able to book an appointment for 12 months out after my appointment and that I need to remember to make the appointment later rather than the practice following up with me. No other doctor I have is unable to make an appointment 12 months out.
