Dr. Andrew Rong is a rare and gifted doctor. The surgery he performed on me (lower blepharoplasty) was so skillfully done that I had no pain and just the slightest bruising. And the finished look is even better than I'd hoped for. He had the kindest and warmest manner when talking with me. What he did for me on the outside is remarkable. What he did for me on the inside is even more amazing. I had just experienced a hard time as a caregiver and was feeling that loss. He healed me inside and out and I honestly feel like he added years to my life. He is an artist in his work and a healer of the spirit.

The team and Dr. Rong were always prompt and explained each phase of operational-related activities.

Dr. Rong was fantastic. Concerned with my problem and my want for a non-invasive treatment.

Dr. Rong was great, listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a very calm manner helping me make the right decision regarding my surgery.

The doctor was very helpful. I didn't meet the criteria for his services, but after looking at my eyes and listening to me, referred me to another doctor whom he felt would be more helpful. I appreciated that he listened to me so well and provided a referral to someone who may be able to help me and my eyes.

Dr Rong gets a 10/10 in every aspect. First he has a calm and caring bedside manner. He doesn't rush through appointments and takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. He even personally called me the day following my surgery to see how I was doing and encouraged me to call If there were any questions. My surgery went smoothly, and just 9 days out my incisions are not noticeable and are healing really well. I am very pleased with my outcome and so thankful Dr Rong was my surgeon.
