Dr. Herman is the absolute best. Wish he was more available in Boca Raton.

I trust Dr. Herman to give me reliable info and to diagnose me correctly. Years ago, he saved me from being septic. UM is fortunate to have him (coming from a retired college professor).

The reason of my high rating is simple. After seeing so many international specialists, only this one could diagnose me correctly. I suppose that's because of doctor's extensive experiences. I would suggest to increase his salary payment just to make sure he can't have a better offer anywhere else, because I don't want other doctors since now, and I really don't want to travel half world to be able to see him. Thank you! The waiting time was worth it !

I am very disappointed by how I was treated today by Dr. Herman. During the visit, Dr. Herman entered to clean my ears, spent approximately two minutes, then stated we were done and advised at-home treatment. After checking out and leaving the office, I found there was visible wax still stuck to my ear, which was unpleasant and concerning.

I had to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency. Dr. Bjorn's staff called me and gave me another appointment. Dr. Bjorn very kindly made time to see me because I had a sinus infection.
