Doctor looked at me for maybe 30 seconds. Didn't explain much of anything going on. Did not feel taken seriously as a patient.

I really like the doctor when he realized How far I was away from the facility he told me there was a closer one if I wanted to go to that one if that would help me. But I told him I was going to stick with him because I've heard a lot of good about him. I definitely feel he'll get to the bottom of what's going on with my eyes!

Dr. Lam is a great provider, I feel he cares for my condition and is working to make sure my condition does not get worse, he is staying on top of my care to make sure he can assist as quick as possible if my condition should worsen.

Dr. Lam is extremely knowledgeable. He is a humble and introverted person. I get it. He may not seem 'warm and fuzzy.' But he is caring.

Dr. Lam needed a better Bedside manner. He seemed disengaged unless he had to say something to me.
