2025 this year experience was NOT a nightmare: finally they made it a pleasant experience. To the top BRASS…planners, organizers, Doctors and staff assistance this year our experience has 100% improved from what a nightmare of waiting overbookings it use to be. I dreaded going to such an overbooked facility. NO MORE NOW!!!!!! You are doing it right well organized. Plenty of staff so professional to have the intake person come greet you and seat you go around and start the process of checking in. brilliant professional way to get started what a pleasant overall experience it was this year at the University of Miami Broward office off of 10th St. plantation thank you. Thank you for getting it together now I have to find something else to complain about.
