The doctor is excellent, that is the only reason I continue to go to UM but the system is impersonal, difficult. Please note that we are patients not customers/consumers and the medical field/system that supports it should remember they are dealing with human being in need of medical care.

I wish that I had been informed when I made my appointment with the practitioner, only goes to downtown Miami this is not feasible for me, also the prescription I received is not covered by my insurance

Dr. Luca is a very caring doctor and he is a great listener.

The provider was very interested in my condition, explained to me how the calcification procedure for surgery will be and administered the medications in such a way that in just 40 minutes the tremors and stiffness disappeared. This gave me a lot of confidence.
