Biografía

Dr. Daniel Gonzalez attended Florida International University and obtained three bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Political Science, and Nursing. In 2017, Dr. Gonzalez was awarded the FIU Worlds Ahead Graduate Honor for his work as an undergraduate student for initiating a Quality Improvement Project addressing Joint Commission Sentinel Event #58. Upon completion, Dr. Gonzalez continued earning a Master of Science in Nursing Practice Psychiatric-Mental Health and a Doctoral degree from Florida International Unversity. Dr. Gonzalez's Doctoral Capstone project emphasized the education of providers to promote interdisciplinary patient health coordination to improve overall patient outcomes. Dr. Gonzalez has worked in various settings as both a registered nurse and Doctor of Nursing practice, including Crisis Units, General Outpatient Psychiatry, Private Practice, and Healthcare Consulting. Through his years of experience, Dr. Gonzalez has specialized in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and LGBTQ+ mental health. Dr. Gonzalez is also versed in treating patients with ASD and psychotic disorders, adjunct treatment recommendations, and psychopharmacology.

      Although my Psychiatrist, Dr. Gonzalez, is not a Psychotherapist, I always leave my appointment's with him feeling understood and listened to, which in turn, lift my spirits. I would definitely, not only recommend Uhealth, but for sure, Dr. Daniel Gonzalez 😊 Thank you Dr. Gonzalez 🙏🏾🙏🏾
