The doctor was so kind and helpful. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand and even had me review the scans with him, so that I could follow along with his findings. The doctor was genuinely interested in my well-being, he was taking his time to explain everything to me, English was not my first language, but he explained all the medical terms very clearly. He took the time answer all my questions. The doctor heard I'm a teacher. He tried his best to fit the appointment in my winter break schedule so I don't have to take time off from school. I'm truly grateful for all this.

Dr Donna seems to be a very good and knoledgeable doctor. My only concerns are around what seemed to be his desire to provide standard responses and treatment. I feel like he didn't thoroughly listen to me about my unique situation and fairly rare combination of issues. I would have gotten much more value If we could have spent time discussing how I feel and the Impact on my daily activities.

Dr. Donna is a first-rate professional who listens attentively and explains things clearly. He brought me around his desk so I could see both his computer screens and showed me how a previous CT scan compared with my latest one. He did this in great detail, which I greatly appreciate.
