Dr. Jonczak knowledge, kindness and empathy toward me and my medical care has been a blessing . Dr. Jonczak And her staff for the past four years have been my support team. I have a very complex medical history and Dr. Jonczak has been able to provide me the level of care I needed and coordinate with my other physicians . Thanks to Dr. Jonczak Care and God I have survived all of the different challenges that this condition brings . I am so blessed to have her as my doctor and my support system.
