I initially contacted neurology department for the Migraine Clinic in February 2025. I was given a face to face appointment for September 2025 which they later cancelled to a telehealth appt for another 2 weeks out in September. As I was speaking with an UHealth agent to schedule another appointment, I asked for help to get a quicker appointment. The agent Adriana assist me in getting a sooner appointment, not with Migraine Clinic. I was happy to see Dr. Serrano.
