        Ms. Amado thoroughly questioned me about my reasons for visiting the office. She meticulously repeated my answers to ensure her comprehension of the situation. Subsequently, she provided a detailed explanation of the underlying issue and offered suggestions on how I could contribute to its resolution. Leaving the office, I felt a sense of confidence that I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Thank you, Ms. Amado.
