My recent checkup with Dr. Snow was excellent—she was professional, kind, and thorough. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the billing practices at the Lenard Center Imaging facility. I was given an estimate for my mammogram and ultrasound, paid the amount in full, and was later surprised with an additional bill nearly 30% higher. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I will not return for future procedures.

Dr. Snow has been great with my primary care and has referred me to other medical providers as may have been necessary. She follows up and tracks progress made from the other providers, and will discuss this me.

It was my first visit with Dr Katelin Snow. I was referred by my former oncologist and had read reviews on her before scheduling my appointment. Most of them commented on how she was a great listener and how she took her time to get to know the patient. That was my exact experience as well! I never felt rushed in speaking with her. She listened to all my health personal health concerns (I had made a list :D). She also came looking for me at the xray waiting area because we had forgotten to check my ears for wax, which was one of the items on my list. She was great! I'm so pleased I was recommended to her.
