It felt so rushed like she was pressed for time or trying to get the appointment over with. She gave me five prescriptions but it went so fast I couldn’t clarify what everything was for. I’m not sure she completely heard or understood my concerns. It’s not respectful of the time I took out of my work day to go to this appointment.

I saw Laiken Sprenger and she was good overall. She didn't introduce herself when she came in the room so I think that is one area for improvement.
