Dr levy discussed the importance of the Mediterranean diet.This was good information which I plan to follow.

Addressed most of the things I said regarding my health needs. However, got some things incorrect. Recorded on my health chart that I get migraine aura without headaches although I explained that I do get headaches with my migraines. Also put down hair loss even though I never indicated any signs of it other than dandruff due to eczema.
