I am a site impaired person. I wear cholera lenses. I have worn them for 35 years and BASCOM PALMER was able to help me with a simple problem. I’m having with my eyelids. My husband had to make the appointment for me because I could not understand the Spanish operators, but Steve persevered and got an appointment with Dr. Sobel. Overall, I’m satisfied. I just wished that I understood where the drainage, crude and dryness was coming from?? Whether or not it’s associated with the drainage from my brain or what?? I don’t know?? This is a new problem with the crude every morning.

This was a second opinion for an eye condition. The doctor gave my condition a name and a plan forward. Other doctors were not as thorough in explaining my condition. I now understand and I'm not as scared.
