Honestly I had an awesome experience. Maybe it is because it is a clinic and works SO well, I feel that I go in and out much, much quicker than the average doctor's visit I had in the past. People are extremely professional and work great with one another. The ear doctor (Michael Hoffer at Univ of Miami) is top notch. The doctors training with him are great too. But you can tell that Dr. Hoffer who is older and much more experienced has a special touch with the patients. You can tell years of knowledge and experience pays off. Dr. Hoffer took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the procedure, possible outcome, and future care. I found him to be very friendly and willing to listen and explain. While my outcome to date is not a total success, his prior discussions made me feel that I was getting the best care I could have gotten.
