Biografía
Omar Munoz Abraham, M.D. was born and raised in Mexico and completed medical school at Universidad Anahuac Mexico Norte. He later moved to the United States to complete his Psychiatry Residency at the Jackson Memorial/University of Miami Program. His interest in Consultation-Liaison grew during his training, leading him to Brigham and Women’s/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School fellowship program under the Psycho-oncology track. His professional passions include psycho-oncology, medical education and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry.
He joined the University of Miami/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center as an Assistant Professor in 2024 where he provides clinical care.
