Biografía

Ossiany Mons-Fiallo, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner for the Division of Surgical Oncology at the University of Miami Health System's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. She earned her nursing degrees from the prestigious University of Miami's School of Nursing and Health Studies, culminating in the completion of her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2024. In recognition of her academic excellence, she was awarded the Award of Academic Merit.

Specializing in benign breast conditions, Ossiany Mons-Fiallo provides comprehensive care for patients with abnormal breast imaging and/or breast symptoms, such as palpable masses, pain, skin changes, nipple discharge, and nipple retraction. She is an active member of several prominent professional organizations, including the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Society of Breast Surgeons, where she holds affiliate membership. These affiliations reflect her ongoing commitment to the highest standards of clinical practice and her dedication to the fields of nursing and surgical oncology.

    The new nurse practitioner Osani, I don’t know how to say her name. She was very professional and explaining things to me. I really appreciated that. I also will miss Ashley Crane the nurse practitioner that cared for me for the last couple of years. I’m sad she left.
