    I saw Dr. Ruiz as follow-up care after being seen by Dr. Paik. I know Dr. Paik isn't with UM anymore and I'm very happy about that. The care I got from Dr. Ruin was infinitely better. He seemed to genuinely care about my condition, my outcomes, and my inability to afford recommended pelvic floor PT. He was able to explain my conditions clearly and in a way that I could understand, unlike Dr. Paik. I had been considering leaving UM for my GI care after my last appointment with Dr. Paik but now, after meeting Dr. Ruiz, I've decided to stay.
