As stated before, Dr. Strozier was phenomenal. Easy to talk to, explained things in a way I could understand it and in the most professional way possible, I felt like I was talking to a friend. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: I understand I had an evening appointment but as a first time patient it was very frustrating not having anybody to direct or help me in the front. Am I suppose to guess where to go? Even with some direction from custodian, still couldn’t find myself just sitting down without confirming with someone that I was going to be attended to soon or helped. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my experience.

A very good experience

I use uhealth in West Palm Beach for dermatology and it's the same type of experience there as well on a scale of 1 to 10. You guys are a 10 out of anywhere I've ever been and doesn't matter if it's the dermatology office or the orthopedic office from what I can see the best!! I'm soon going in to have a complete left shoulder replacement so stick with me and I'll let you know. Thank you!

I attempted to get a CT scan the same day at the scanning section in Doral and the clerks that assisted me were very patient and kind. I was unable to get assisted that day due to my insurance company requesting 2 business days to approve but they were very kind in explaining this to me.
