I really appreciated that Dr Schwartz scheduled me for the next visit for injection only. There have been so many times that I have been there over 5 hours. I get the technicians doing their jobs efficiently but then have to wait so long for Dr Schwartz. He’s good at what he does and I trust him, just would not like being over five hours or more waiting in the waiting room.

Dr. Schwartz is very thorough and pays attention to medical history and other conditions when determining a treatment plan. He explains complex conditions in understandable ways, and explains risks fully when deciding about treatment options. He’s an amazing doctor.

My wife and I have been long time patients at your facility starting when you were in the lower level at NCH downtown. We transferred when the new facility was completed and plan on NOT going anywhere else. We like the facility, ancillary staff and especially our Doctors who take exceptional care of us. We are very lucky to have this great facility at our disposal so close to home.

Great place, very clean and modern. Great staff, professional and courteous. Doctors are very experienced and approachable. After 2 hours of testing, dilation, etc it was uncharacteristically discourteous to just let someone sit there for 35 in a room.

My doctors were very caring and kind. I value Dr. Schwartz' knowledge and expertise as well as Dr. Althers explaining everything about my eye to me. And the nurses were top notch. Very caring and kind. This visit made me feel proud to have such Excellent doctors and very thankful to continue treatment at Bascom Palmer.

Bascom Palmer is the best as is Dr Schwartz.

Usually takes 3 1/2 hours. This time no wait and Dr called Witt results.

Dr.Schwartz was trying to help me as best he could about my eye problem which I will get his new prescription glasses and if I need a Yag procedure, I will make an appointment with Dr. Schwartz in a few weeks.

Dr. Schwartz has been giving me my eyesight since the year 2005 and I can still read.

I receive a shot in my eye once a month. At the most recent visit, the experience was particularly comfortable. The technician who prepared my eye was so careful and gentle that I had far less pain after the shot had been administered by Dr. Schwartz. I would love to have her the next time I come in (June 24th)
