I just hope that Dr. Urakov has the opportunity to train many more doctors to be like him, because the way he practices medicine seems to be a lost art and his caliber of care and knowledge are well above average. I was told by a previous neurosurgeon there wasn't much they could do for me at Cleveland clinic and just to lose weight and hope. The x-rays and the reviews of my MRI and CAT scan by Dr. Yurikov was excellent and more professional than previous at Cleveland clinic. They gave me no hope. But they can't provide what they don't have. You have the best facility offering services other hospitals don't. They can only provide limited services depending on what they have at their hospital. I wish I had come to you first. It would have saved me a year of pain.

Dr. Urakov, is my saving grace. I was unable to move my neck, the pain I was in there were no words to describe. I had my surgery now I am still in pain, I’m just 11 weeks out of an 11 hour surgery. But the pain is completely different, I just had to finish healing.

Dr Urakov was very professional. That was the first thing I noticed. He reminded me of my army days when dealing with commissioned officers. He also listened very carefully and gave his assessment of everything and of course some things we have to do before the next follow up. Overall I was very impressed by this doctor. Doctors are always very courteous, but for me it just felt like he want above the call of duty on how he presented himself and listened to my wife and I.
